OVERVIEW

LSY type tubular screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses screw rotation to move materials. It is suitable for conveying materials such as flour, grains, cement, chemical fertilizers, cinder, sand, gravel, coal powder, and small coal lumps.Due to the small effective flow area inside the machine body, the screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying perishable materials, materials with excessive viscosity, and materials that are easy to agglomerate.Tubular screw conveyors can be arranged horizontally or inclined. If a tubular screw conveyor needs to convey materials in a changed direction, a special order should be placed.

LSY type tubular screw conveyor absorbs and integrates the advanced technology of premium products, and it is an upgraded replacement for the LS type screw conveyor.Significant improvements have been made to the structure of the intermediate suspension bearing and the material of the bearing.Chilled cast iron is used as the main material for the suspension bearing. Chilled cast iron has excellent wear resistance, generally does not require lubrication, and its maximum operating temperature can reach 260?.It is particularly suitable for conveying abrasive materials such as cement, coal powder, hydrated lime, and slag.

LSY type screw conveyor features a novel and reasonable structure, advanced technical indicators, good sealing performance, strong applicability, low noise of the whole machine, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible arrangement of the positions of feed and discharge ports.It is widely used in the building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, aluminum-magnesium, machinery, light industry, grain, and food industries. It is suitable for conveying powdery and small ?? materials at a horizontal angle or an inclination angle of less than 20 degrees.Screw conveyors are not suitable for conveying perishable materials, materials with high viscosity, and materials that are easy to agglomerate.The new type of screw conveyor has ten specifications with diameters ranging from 100mm to 1000mm, and lengths ranging from 4m to 70m, with each 0.5m as a gear.

Working Principle of Tubular Screw Conveyor:

Tubular screw conveyor uses a rotating screw to push the materials to be conveyed along the fixed machine shell for conveying. The head and tail bearings are moved outside the shell. The suspension bearing adopts a sliding bearing with a dust-proof sealing device. The bearing bush is generally made of powder metallurgy; when conveying cement, a felt bearing bush is used. The suspension shaft and the screw shaft are connected by a sliding block.

Manufacturing Methods of Tubular Screw Conveyor:

Method S - Screw conveying shaft with a solid spiral surface, the pitch is 0.8 times the diameter, used for conveying powdery and granular materials.

Method D - Screw conveying shaft with a belt-type spiral surface, the pitch is equal to the diameter, used for conveying powdery and small ?? materials.

Regarding the Rotation Direction of Screw Blades:

Screw blades have two rotation directions: left-hand rotation and right-hand rotation. At the outlet end of the screw conveyor, generally ½ - 1 turn of reverse spiral blades is installed to prevent powder from blocking the end bearing.

Arrangement Forms of GX Screw Conveyor:

Horizontal Arrangement: Horizontal conveying is the most commonly used type, and the conveying capacity of the screw conveyor is the largest in this mode.

Inclined Arrangement: Generally, the inclination angle is <30°.

Vertical Arrangement: The height of the vertical type is <3m.

  • Name of materials and conveying capacity;
  • Material properties: including particle size and particle size composition, bulk density, temperature, humidity, viscosity, abrasiveness, corrosiveness, etc.
  • Working environment: open air, indoor, dry, humid, ambient temperature, etc.
  • Discharging method and form of discharging device (may not be provided if there is no requirement);
  • Number and position of feed inlets (may not be provided if there is no requirement);
  • Length of the conveyor, whether there is an inclination angle, and if there is an inclination angle, the angle needs to be provided;
